Lemon Sherbet Recipe
1 1/4 C. granulated sugar
1/3 C. fresh lemon juice
grated rind of one lemon
1/4 t. lemon extract
2 C. milk
{Combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Freeze until almost firm. Remove and beat with electric beater until fluffy. Put back in freezer in covered container. When serving, garnish with lemon slice or strawberry}
