How long will set up take?
We estimate that set up will take 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
Do I get to keep the decor after the season ends?
If you choose to purchase your tree, yes!
If you choose the rental option, we will be back to pick up the tree and all decor items. However, we hope to serve you again next year!
Can we use our own decorations?
Thank you so much for offering your decorations! For consistency in our design, we’ll be using our décor pieces for each service.
What if something breaks?
If you choose the rental option and an item is damaged, there will be a fee charged upon pick up.
What if the lights burn out?
All lights are tested prior to setup to make sure your tree sparkles from the start. Should a bulb burn out during the season, it’s considered normal wear and tear of the tree.
What if the battery-operated twinkle lights stop working?
Each tree comes with two sets of twinkle lights, complete with batteries installed at setup. If the batteries do not last the entire season, clients may replace them to keep their tree glowing throughout the holidays.
What if I choose a rental but decide I want to purchase the tree?
If you change your mind and would like to purchase the tree, send us an email and would be happy to work with you!
