Do you work with homeowners, realtors, or both?​

Yes! The majority of our work is done in partnership with realtors, but we happily work directly with homeowners as well.​

Do you use our existing furniture and accessories or bring in other pieces?

We can do either. If the space is already empty, we have a wide selection of furniture and accessories that we use to stage the home and show it in its best light. If the home is still lived in, we can use the homeowner’s items. We will provide suggestions on what should stay and what should go to maximize the home’s potential.

Why would I pay more for home staging?

A well-staged home shows off the home’s potential and helps buyers to see its worth. Professionally staged homes bring in more money and sell in less time.

Couldn’t I do this myself?

Most homeowners are too personally connected to the space and too busy with moving to properly stage their home. We do offer a staging consultation, after which you’ll have our professional suggestions to follow if you wish to tackle the staging on your own.

Is staging expensive?

While there is a cost for professional home staging, staged homes sell for more money in less time. Our goal is to get the homeowner top dollar, and we do that by knowing what helps a home to sell. We watch trends, we study what buyers are after, and we implement a plan to make our services worth every penny.

I’m already stressed. Is this just another thing to make the process take longer?

At Vane & Gable, we pride ourselves on being easy to work with. We know selling a home can be stressful and it involves a large investment. We take our role in the process seriously and are highly efficient. We offer quick turn around to keep the timelines on track.

Do you offer interior design services?

Yes, we offer design services. From color consults, assistance with furniture purchasing and placement, to full home design services.

Do you offer seasonal decorating services?

Yes! We added holiday decorating to our list of services. We know clients have very busy lives but still want their home or office to feel festive and look beautiful. We offer different theme packages to choose from. We come set up the tree and décor and remove it after the holidays. You simply get to enjoy how lovely it looks without the stress and mess!
